Cultural Arts Passport Grant
STEAM Virtual Academy (SVA) is excited to apply for the Cultural Arts Passport (CAP) Grant. The CAP program is a new initiative from the Los Angeles Unified School District that aims to provide students with equal access to arts, culture, and environmental experiences.
SVA is a fully online public school that serves students in grades K-12. We are committed to providing our students with a rigorous and comprehensive education, including in the arts. We believe that the arts are essential to a well-rounded education, and they can help students to develop their creativity, critical thinking skills, and appreciation for culture. The CAP grant would allow us to expand our arts programming and provide our students with even more opportunities to experience the arts.
We believe that the CAP program would be a valuable asset to our school and our students. We are committed to implementing the program in a way that is effective and sustainable. We are confident that the CAP program would help us to achieve our mission of providing our students with a high-quality education that prepares them for success in college and beyond.
